I Can’t Imagine a Better Job
Technology February 15th. 2010, 6:59pmI work in the office of a busy pediatrician. I can’t imagine a better job. Every day, I see dozens of amazing children. I love talking to them and getting to know their incredible personalities. A year ago, however, I hated working here. I almost quit, and it had nothing to do with the children. In fact, I rarely saw them, and that was the problem. I was the record keeper. I spent all of my time tediously entering medical records, backing them up, and keeping track of them. But now that the office uses Web based EMR, they no longer need me for that. So instead, I get to work with the children.
