I have got a property of about a dozen acres which requires me to be able to get from one corner to the other in short periods of time. I found the best way to get around was to buy a cart similar to what you might find on a golf course. My property has a lot of little hills and valleys in it and can get quite muddy. EZGO lift kits have enabled my cart to make clearances in some nasty muddy ruts with ease. I recommend a five inch lift for getting over most obstacles found on a northeaster plot of land.
