My best friend and I started a small catering company from my home about eight months ago.  I have a large house and remodeled part of it to be a commercial kitchen area that is separate from the regular house kitchen.  We did not spend much money on equipment and decided that it was time to stop using regular kitchen tables.  We wanted to purchase a solid stainless steel kitchen prep table.  It would be easy to clean and give us separate work spaces.  My catering partner will research various companies to try to find one that offers free shipping to help us save some money.
