Better yet, when the quality of the show had been perfected, I decided to take it up a level and we hired our first theatre, in Kilmarnock. Many people said that we were insane to attempt such things, that agents were the only way to do this properly, that we could never fill the place. We received objection after objection. It’s a good thing I didn’t listen, especially when I was standing behind the stage of the Palace Theatre with a huge audience packed in to see the show. And for two hours work, I was paid more than I’d ever made in half a year. Not bad for someone who was continually told it couldn’t be done. In this book, I’ve devoted an entire section to bringing in the bookings and how to make the most money possible through stage hypnosis so you can do the same things, make as much money as you wish, and enjoy an exciting and promising career – so keep reading.
