Over the holiday weekend we ended up going out to a lake home of a family member that is close to our family. We all ate and had a great time telling stories and catching up with each other since we don’t really get a chance to visit that much anymore. We made sure that all the kids clean up and washed hands before we ate are viruses such as the parvovirus can be transmitted on the hands and ingested when you eat. Washing hands is really a second nature for all in our family by now, but we still usually check the kids to make sure they have washed before we eat.
