I have been an athlete and worked out most of my life, but I have taken some time off lately and it has gotten the best of me. I am not in very good shape and I can really feel it. I want to get back into shape, but I really need a program to follow. Many programs that I have looked at are great for beginners, but I need something to really push me. I was very impressed when I looked at the burn the fat feed the muscle program. The workouts are tailored for beginners all the way up to advanced users. I really found what I needed to push me to get back into shape with this program.
