Trying Something New
News and Society March 10th. 2010, 8:58amFor the past six months, I have been trying to lose ten pounds. Over the past three years, I have lost over 150 pounds, but just can’t seem to shed these last few. Now I am looking for a new diet and exercise plan in the hopes that maybe trying something different will help. I’ve hit plateaus before, but never like this. I’ve never been stuck at the same weight for so long with no movement up or down. It’s very frustrating and I can see why people give up and gain their weight back again. I’ve worked too hard to do that so I’m going to keep plugging away.
