I worked as a staff educator and team performance consultant as a job-share partner.  The job was the best one I have ever had, and the opportunities I had to learn and challenge myself were tremendous.  My partner and I would attempt to create our own ice breaker games, and came up with some pretty successful ones.  I would take classes such as how to make your presentations more exciting and successful, and sometimes purchase some books with great exercises.  Now I can on online and purchase an e-book of 52 exercises and carry it with me in my laptop, without having to carry one more thing with me.  And it is always there for duplicating or sharing with others.
