Bringing About a Lawsuit
Legal March 31st. 2010, 3:47pmMy husband and I had a son that was killed in an auto accident. He was a passenger in a vehicle that was being driven by the friend of a relative. We did not know that this person was driving our son around. The friend was found to be at fault and the cause of the accident was reckless driving. After much thought we have decided to seek the advice of a Lehigh Acres attorney about the possibility of bringing about a wrongful death lawsuit against this person. We know it won’t bring our son back, but perhaps he will think twice before driving like that again, especially with someones child in the back seat.
