I suppose every cook has their favorite kind of cookware, and I am no exception.  I think that Calphalon cookware cooks foods better than any other brand of cookware.  I prefer it because it tend to heat up faster so it cuts down on my cooking time and it is so easy to maintain and keep clean.  I have one stainless steel Calphalon cookware set and one anodized non-stick Calphalon cookware set that I use.  I have two different kinds of sets because I like to pick which pot, pan or skillet I need for cooking certain dishes.  If you like really great cookware, I recommend Calphalon.
