Because we cater to the high end of the market we use fine china when we throw a party. Our entire staff voted last week on the most valuable employee and the results were surprising our team voted our catering dishwasher our most valuable employee. I know why the results turned out that way. When we throw an extravagant party our entire puts its entire energy into food preparation and presentation. By the time the party is over the staff is exhausted. The thought of washing a dish would kill them.
