I’ve been searching the Internet for workouts training the various muscles of the body. I want to increase my chest and legs. I’m very satisfied with my arms and abdomen so those aren’t an issue for me. I am trying to avoid having to hire a personal trainer to work with me because, quite frankly, I can’t afford it. Plus, the Internet is chocked full of advice, although some of it is not so good. But, I’ve managed to put together a good regimen that keeps me busy 6 days a week for about 2 hours on each of those days.
