Forget about doing hundreds of crunches a day. It is not effective in any way, shape, or form. Also do not fall into any gimmicks of getting ab equipment or supplements. Instead take the natural route to get great abs.

Start eating healthier. Clean up your diet of any junk food like sweets, white carbs, or bad fats. Foods like pizza and ice cream should be avoided most of the time.

Focus on eating foods like lean meats, fruits, vegetables, and nuts. They are full of fiber and all sorts of vitamins and minerals.

Also make sure to eat 5-6 small meals a day.
