Abdominal Exercises for Women after Pregnancy

For instance, she could do the Single Leg Stretch to focus on her lower abdominal area. Then, she could also do rolling exercises to work her abs and tune her into the deeper flow of breath and movement in her body.
An example of this is the Roll Up. Roll Ups are great abdominal exercises for women that are also good articulations for their spine at the same time.
