Count the number of people you know.  Then count the number of situation that cause you stress.  Then multiply the two and you will at least get an idea of the number of reasons that people experience panic attacks.  And, then, with that, you can also find the number of ways people overcome panic attacks.  Medication, mediation, treatment for the various symptoms and sometimes time is the only way to lose that sense of panic.  Each individual needs to find their own method of calming and restoring a sense of ease to their life.  Those who don’t find their own way of coping will often times feel as if simply running from the causes is the only way to get help.
