If you suffer from bouts of anxiety, you’ve probably tried almost everything to get better. Medication, psychiatry, self help programs, or support groups. But you most likely haven’t found the ideal solution if you’re reading this right now. So what is the best solution out there that will help you say goodbye to severe anxiety forever?

In my opinion, drugs don’t work. Sure, they do a great job of masking your anxiety, and they might help you relax and hide from your problems behind the veil of a chemical induced haze, but are they really a long term solution your problem? After your body develops a tolerance for the medication you’re on, what do you do next? That’s the problem with anxiety medication.

However, if you’re willing to put in the work and use the tools outlined in any anxiety books or programs worth their salt, you can overcome your problem for good, and be armed with useful tools that will last you the rest of your life. So in the end, it’s up to you. What are you going to do?
