Deciding On Open Or Enclosed Car Transport

Because my brother-in-law had to keep working, my sister had to take care of moving the household items and get everything in order back at the old house. One of the things she had to do was get their second car transported to the new house. She researched Car Transport companies and one of the things she ran across was deciding if she needed a closed carrier or an open. She went with an open because it was cheaper then closed.
