If you are trying to lose weight you may be wondering if a diet food plan is right for your weight loss needs. I decided that sticking to a meal replacement diet would be much easier than planning my own so I did a comparison of nutrisystem vs medifast. Both plans had great food menus and seemed that they would be fairly easy to follow. Both of them also had great support systems to help me attain my weight loss goals.
